Timeline of Plasmapp

• 2015

  Plasmapp, a medical solution company using plasma, was established in a KAIST lab.

• 2016

  • January: Moved its head office to Daejeon and established a production line for medical sterilizers (STERLINK).
  • March: Secured license for medical device manufacturing / ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified.
  • June: Became ISO 13485 certified.
  • August: Acquired GMP certification.
  • December: Won commendation for its outstanding performance as a venture company from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy/ Won the grand prize and silver prize at the Seoul International Invention Fair.

• 2017

  • May: Started domestic sales with the approval of medical sterilizers (STERLINK 15sp) from the Korea Food & Drug Administration.
  • July: Applied the mass production line (Company L) for industrial plasma devices used for secondary batteries, and started selling them.
  • December: Established the production line for consumables (STERPACK) / Selected as one of the K-Global 300.

• 2018

  • March: Acquired CE-MDD certification for medical sterilizers (STERLINK 15sp) and started selling them in overseas markets.
  • July: Acquired Inno-Biz certification.
  • September: Held the completion ceremony for the factory in Daegu.
  • November: Acquired the cUL certification for medical sterilizers (STERLINK 15sp) and distributed them to veterinary clinics in the USA.
  • December: Won the gold prize at the Seoul International Invention Fair / ISO13485 certified (for Osan R&D Center and Consumables Production Line).

• 2019

  • March: Acquired GMP certification (Daegu factory).
  • April: Started domestic sales with the approval of medical sterilizers (STERLINK mini) from the Korea Food & Drug Administration / Acquired the MDSAP certification / CE-MDD certification for sterilization pouches and consumables (STERPACK) and started selling them in overseas markets.
  • June: Acquired Health Canada certification for sterilizers and consumables, and began selling them in the USA.
  • August: Acquired CE-MDD certification for medical sterilizers (STERLINK mini) and started selling them in overseas markets.
  • December: Awarded the 1-Million-Dollar Export Tower contract / Signed an ODM contract for medical sterilizers (STERLINK mini) (with a global dental product company in Japan, GC).

• 2020

  • April: Started to expand its production line at the factory in Daegu (to produce medical sterilizers and implant products).
  • May: Signed an ODM contract for medical sterilizers (STERLINK 15sp, mini) (with a global dental products company in Korea, Company M).
  • June: Acquired JIS certification (302AKBZX00038000) for medical sterilizers (STERLINK mini).
  • August: Selected as one of the Unicorn Company Candidates by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
  • September: Selected as one of the 100 Best National R&D Projects by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
  • November: Won the grand prize at the Intellectual Property Management Competition hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy / Selected as one of the top 100 startups in Materials∙Parts∙Equipment by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

• 2021

  • February: Signed a contract to supply biological regenerators/activators (ACTILINK stem) (with the global Orthopedic Surgery in Korea, Company C).
  • May: Selected as a beneficiary of the Startup Package for the BIG 3 Innovation Sectors by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
  • June: Signed an ODM contract for biological regenerators/activators (ACTILINK mini) (with a global dental products company).

• 2022

  • January: Acquired "Clean Implant" certification of ACTILINK technology / Technology listing examination passed / Plasma U.S. branch established (Plasma America Inc.).
  • May: New Excellent Product(NEP) - Non-permeable sterile pack (STERPACK).
  • June: Biological Regenerative Activator (ACTILINK-motion) Product Launched at SIDEX.
  • October: Listed in KOSDAQ market (stock code: 405000).
