CEO

Marty Trabish is a seasoned entrepreneur with a history of leading innovative medical startups, specializing in healthcare technology and medical devices. He has successfully developed and scaled multiple businesses, focusing on advancing patient care and healthcare efficiency. His most recent venture achieved significant success, culminating in its acquisition by Stryker Orthopedics, a global leader in medical technology.

Dr Roche

BOARD MEMBER LEADING ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON

Dr. Martin Roche, a pioneer in robotic and sensor-assisted knee surgery, specializes in knee arthroplasty with a focus on precision and patient-specific care. Based in South Florida since 1996, he serves as Director of Arthroplasty at HSS Florida, helping patients regain mobility and active lifestyles.

Doug Caro

CEO QMED MD

Prior to joining QMed, Doug was VP of Supplier Operations at McKesson and was an executive at FedEx & XPO/Menlo Logistics. He obtained an Economics degree from Florida State University.

Min Kim

Plasmapp CEO

Min Kim is the CEO of Plasmapp Co., Cardiac Insight, and Dreamtech, where he has led transformative initiatives since 2014. His leadership at Dreamtech includes forging strategic global partnerships, executing major M&A deals, and steering the company to a $600 million IPO on KOSPI in 2019. Prior to this, Kim held senior roles at Samsung Securities and Lehman Brothers, overseeing M&A and fundraising transactions exceeding $5 billion. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Manny Aguero

Co Founder

Mr. Aguero has over 38 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including seven years at Johnson & Johnson’s Surgikos division (1984 to 1990) where he held positions of increasing responsibility including sales, marketing, and management, rising from a territorial sales position to becoming Director of Sales Training. Mr. Aguero co-founded and has been President of Q*Med Corporation, a medical device distribution company since its inception in 1990. He also had served on the board of its affiliate, Phoenix Healthcare Solutions, a leading medical manufacturing company, since 2012. Mr. Aguero was an early stage investor and has served on the board of directors of Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions since 2011. He also served on the board of Orthosensor Inc., a leader in orthopedic sensor technologies, from 2010 until its sale to Stryker in 2020. Mr. Aguero graduated with Honors from The University of Florida with a BSBA in Business Finance. Our Board has determined that Mr. Aguero’s experience as a director of medical technology companies qualifies him to serve as a member of our Board.
