  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email.

Carrier and service level are selected based on destination, size, and weight of your order.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier-related issues (weather, labor strikes, customs, etc.)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

 


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Plasmapp America is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim if necessary.
